Refund policy
CANCELLATIONS / FREE RETURNS REQUESTED IN 15 DAYS
- If you are not completely happy with your order, you may return it to us for a refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving it, subject to the following terms and conditions:
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags and labels attached.
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@sanalmagaza.us and provide your order number, item details, and reason for return. We will send you a return authorization number and instructions on how to ship your item back to us.
- Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval of your refund. If your refund is approved, we will process it and credit your original method of payment within 1-3 business days.
- If you wish to exchange your item for a different size, color, or product, please contact our customer service team and we will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability. You may have to pay the difference in price and shipping costs for the exchanged item.
- Some items are not eligible for return or exchange, such as foods, perishable goods, personalized or customized products, gift cards. These items are marked as non-returnable on the product page and/or at checkout.
