Tahini is a Middle Eastern condiment obtained by peeling, roasting and grinding sesame seeds. Sesame seeds are sieved, peeled and separated, washed and roasted at 150-200 °C for 2 to 3 hours. Then it is kept until it cools down to room temperature.
